You may return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• In original packaging

• In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned unless faulty:

• Gift cards

Faulty or Damaged Products

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photographs where applicable

Refunds

Once returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the product was faulty or supplied in error.
